Wow Factor: Dinner in the New Barn!
Lauren and Jordan are clearly very loved - as you can see with their 20 person head table! With over 200 guests, Lauren and Jordan were the first couple EVER to have their dinner in our new barn space. All summer we have been working on this space - it is usually used as an indoor ceremony site - but now it is the perfect setting for large wedding receptions, holding well over 200 people.
The gorgeous couple were married at the peak ceremony site, overlooking the valley. Then guests were brought back to the reception where the bride and groom had decorated using a yellow and gray theme which complimented the barns very nicely.
The meal for this wedding was just phenomenal. Our chef's lasagna was one for the books (and only a few days after guests were contacting us asking to purchase some for themselves!). To compliment the lasagna there was garlic cheese bread, herb chicken, corn on the cob, fresh vegetables and ofcourse a pie bar. But the awesome food didn't end there, as there was the late-night poutine truck (always a favourite). Regardless of their full stomaches, the guests danced the night away! We have never seen such a packed dance floor!
