Rachel and Shane had a beautiful reception at our farm near the beginning of June. Our chef prepared an incredible, farm fresh meal of roast beef, flavourful asparagus (tis the season!), mini potatoes with herbs and a vegetable medley. This dinner was followed by a pie bar that featured Strawberry Rhubarb, Raspberry, Country Apple, Pecan and Blueberry pies! Late night the guests were surprised with a poutine truck which was a huge hit. Congratulations Rachel and Shane!
